Anjana Aggarwal (Kumar), M.D.

Dr. Aggarwal (Kumar) was born in Mumbai, India. She received her M.B.B.S. degree from Topiwala Medical College in Mumbai, India with honors. Dr. Kumar did her internship and residency in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. Following this, Dr. Aggarwal (Kumar) completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Iowa. Dr. Aggarwal (Kumar) has been involved in clinical research and has several publications to her credit during residency and fellowship.

Dr. Kumar is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Hepatology and board eligible in hepatology. She is a member of American Gastroenterology Association. Dr. Kumar enjoys cooking, listening to music, traveling and exercising. She is fluent in English and has had English as a first language throughout her early schooling and undergraduate training.
